What is TAT?
TAT refers to turnaround time; basically, when you want your completed transcript returned. A standard transcript order is 30 days, but expedited transcripts can also be completed.
How do I submit my audio/video files?
Once a contract has been signed, audio or video files can be sent via Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! If you refer someone for transcription services, you will get 25% off your next transcript. Repeat or long-term clients will occasionally receive a “thank you” discount of 25%.
